FIDES aims at the empowerment of marginalized traditional fishing communities through community intervention in the educational fiedd;encouraging and equipping the youth for community leadership,empowering women,supplementary income generation programmes and creating aspiration among the pwople for a just JUST SOCIETY. The integrated development programmes designed by the FIDES are related to the development of a viable and sustainable model of community development in tradional fishermen sector.
